I've experienced dizziness and light headedness that stop me from standing up. I can't regulate my body temperature, extreme mood changes including depression and anger, increase in self harm related thoughts. I'll never take #ozempic again after this.
I literally can't function!

My GP started me on #ozempic and I'm not totally unconvinced it was a terrible idea. Almost overnight I've had a massive shift in my mood and increase in thoughts of self harm.
Even with a history of mental health challenges, this seems abnormal to me.

@nixCraft And Australia is looking to have another crack with the eSafety Commissioner in court against the social media companies and has not ruled out legislating against them.

I've marked essential items either red, yellow items are unplanned discounted items I came across, blue items are unplanned discretionary impulse buys. Majority of the items are woolworths branded or home brand, as cheap as I can get

I don't know how to say this. This is terribly hard.

I'm devastated to have heard that @geordie passed away last night in his sleep.

My thoughts are with his family of course, and with all of us who knew him in the physical world as well.

Tried making bread for the first time ever. I dunno what I did but the dough hook on my mixer wasn't all that helpful for me. So after 2 hours I gave up and kneaded by hand for a while. I think it needs some more work but it's proving currently and I can actually see it rising 😁
