Key findings:

1st yr of pandemic ❤️‍🩹 attack deaths increased by 14%.

By the 2nd yr the “observed” compared to “predicted” rates of heart attack death had increased by 29.9% for adults ages 25-44, by 19.6% for adults ages 45-64, and by 13.7% for adults age 65 and older.

The possible explanations include that COVID may trigger/ accelerate the presentation of preexisting coronary artery disease, even in younger adults.”

2/ @danneidle has provided the HMRC guidance on how the penalty % should be applied.

30% could be at the upper end of “careless” (& I struggle to see how “careless” would apply on the known facts in Zahawi’s case) to the bottom end of “deliberate and concealed”.

Again, I struggle to see how this would be at the bottom end. It was an extended course of conduct.

I saw this touching letter on the birdsite from a husband to an hairstylist who cut his wife’s hair. His wife had dementia but so loved her haircut. It made her feel pretty.

Lead study author, Prof Ian Wong explained: "The historical control cohort was included to rule out the effect of routine health care services being reduced or cancelled during the pandemic, which led to worsening health and increased mortality even in uninfected people."

3/ “Researchers chose uninfected people who had similar profiles to those who caught coronavirus, with an average age across all three groups of 66 and nearly equal numbers of men and women. “

Zahawi to cough up “several million” £ in unpaid back tax re the off-shore family trust Balshore Investments.

This is after denying liability, lying about his benefit, threatening lawyer @DanNeidle who has done a TOP JOB facing him & his lawyers down and calling them out

5/. This was also when he was grifting courtesy of the taxpayer.

Grifter Johnson put £4,445 dinner in New York on government credit card after a UN Assembly meeting in September 2021.

He took 24 out for a meal at diner Smith & Wollensky’s where he ran up a bill of £4,445.07 - or £177.80 a head.

The Foreign Office would like us to believe that covered just one alcoholic drink per person.

4/. Of course, it is not JUST the deaths but the post covid injury being observed. Some very very severe. And we are still finding out how extensive and how long lasting.

And also finding out how much long term protection vaccination gives.

6/. And now look at the waiting times for admission in A&E.

In November, almost half of people attending major A&Es had to wait more than four hours to be seen - the worst level on record. And more people had to wait over 12 hours to be admitted to hospital after being assessed in A&E than did over 10 years from the start of 2011 to end of 2020.

For every 72 people waiting 12hrs to be admitted to hospital after arriving at A&E, there would be one additional death.
