Started writing a book and I’ve finished my rough draft in a couple of weeks. Tiny bit slower than before I got sick, but still pretty good. Just off 70,000 words.

I have days where I analyse myself into sadness, or hatred of myself.
Often lots of bad thoughts about me, until a determination to be better in the future comes along. Then a nights rest to hopefully feel a bit better for a while the next day.
Is this healthy? Is there another way to grow?
I’m feeling down, but for a good reason. I’ve hurt people I care about over the years, and I wish I could take it all back, and be friends again.
Sometimes mistakes using words I thought meant something else, other times my own pig headedness.
