As you read all The Takes on this data, remember this one, and what it shows: The ONLY energy source with a growing share is renewables. Renewables (excluding hydro) met 84% of net electricity demand growth in 2022.
Now imagine what this chart will look like in 2030.

The Statistical Review analyses data on world energy markets from the prior year. It has been providing timely, comprehensive and objective data to the energy community since 1952.
