#nfb25 Glenn Gordan with Vispero says that when you find something your passionate about, even if you don't think it is a way to make a good living, you should still persue it. I agree. You never know what could come of it.
@BorrisInABox @jaybird110127 Ooooh, thanks to the Price is Right hint, I just found the original! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ig6lTDnNjh8 ... source: https://priceisright.fandom.com/wiki/Eazy_as_1-2-3

@jaybird110127 Oh, well then... That's interesting. Gotta be from a stock library then. Now I'm even more curious.
@lexipic I have a respect for anyone who tries to organize large national conventions like ACB or NFB's. There are a lot of moving parts, and a lot can go wrong. The question is, what, if anything, is said or done to address the problems.
@lexipic I've had similar experiences, and was told by several friends who went to an NFB convention a few years ago, that there were bed bugs in the hotel. Yet, everything else was so amazing, most of my friends were back the next year, the bed bugs... forgotten! There are enough people in that have/have not space who do have a great time at NFB though, so writing the whole thing off isn't wize, but I do enjoy the ACB conventions for sure.
@Lisasali absolutely, although I will do my best to make next year
@ZBennoui I've generally had better experiences at ACB Conventions. Granted, I've only been to 3 NFB conventions, but I figured I knew enough after that point.
At last year's ACB Convention in Jacksonville, one of my highlites was a spontaneous jam session with Marcus Roberts and Jason Castonguay. I captured video as best as I could, but combined with another visual perspective and a binaural setup, with Robins help, here is a video of some of the highlights. Although I'm sad that I didn't make it to ACB this year, heres hoping those who are attending can capture some cool moments. https://youtu.be/DcKjQSPRt9Y
