Nothing beats a good mexican bowl: Beans in Mole sauce, Smokey BBQ Tempeh, Pico de Gallo with added avocado and corn and a serving of quinoa. Delicious 🀀

Recipe:
πŸ«“100 g softened 🌱butter or margarine
πŸ«“200 g self raising flour (I used plain & baking powder)
πŸ«“1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
πŸ«“Pinch salt
πŸ«“3-4 tablespoons cold water (add a little at a time until dough forms)

I cooked a lovely spicy vegetable & beans stew (veggies picked fresh from the veggie patch, fresh that morning). When the vegetables were soft, I placed the dough balls in the stew for 15-20 minutes (turning once).
