So yah know you might need to boot into windows and update the SSDs firmware

(hopefully there's a way for people who don't own #windows to update #SSD #firmware WITHOUT requiring Samsung's magician software)

Kinda sucks because until now, Samsung's SSDs have been rock solid - I still have an old 250GB 840 EVO SATA SSD that is well (5+ years) out of warranty and hasn't died yet
