@GottaLaff And just like @aweissmann_ said on Deadline Whitehouse this afternoon...We HAVE to expand the court....Biden has to realize that the next Repub WILL do it. They have no adherence or reverence to norms at all...we MUST adjust our thinking if we want to save this DEMOCRACY

More from Elie Mystal:

And while I'm generally not here to talk about the past, I can't at this moment resist pointing out that ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF PEOPLE HAD VOTED FOR THE EMAIL LADY.

But, anyway, hopefully NEXT TIME people will remember that there is literally no right or policy that you like that Republican justices can't or won't take away.

Twitter's move to break embedded tweets for anyone who isn't logged in -- in other words, requiring people to sign up for an account and tracking them online -- should be enough for any ethical journalism org to stop using it.

I'm joking, of course. Journalism orgs are among the most ardent members of the surveillance-industrial complex.

I say this not in the spirit of "I told you so" (though I did) but the people whose job it is to inform you - the most highly paid of them especially - preserved the legend of Elon Musk genius rocket man and good guy despite a long history of racism, fraud, and criminal abuse

Foodie Moment Home Cook Adventure
Well tonight I decided to do something different for dinner, made some spiced Honeycrisp apples, Cinnamon, Cloves, Fresh Nutmeg in butter on the stove top, roast pork loin, deglazed the pan and made gravy over some Jasmine Rice. Turned out pretty good, warm and comfy food for a drizzly chilly damp evening.
