Attention to detail is. SO. Important! 😂😂😂

Many of us in the #infosec 🌎, myself included, are introverts.

For us introverts, spending time with family and friends can be exhausting - not because we don't like it, but simply because we as introverts recharge by being away from people rather than with them.

Give yourself permission to take breaks from "peopling" this holiday season. It's okay to step away, to recharge, and to take care of you.

Rest in the peace that comes with the knowledge that you do, in fact, know what you're talking about.

It's okay to be an #infosec expert.

Relaxing doesn't have to involve substances. If you prefer a beer, a joint, or a cup of coffee, enjoy it. But if that's not you, there is no expectation that you include those in your relaxation toolkit. #Infosec is tough work. Relax how you relax.

Give yourself permission to step away from the IOCs and enjoy the weekend. Watch a show, go out with friends, have a nice dinner. This is not a sprint. Going 100% of your capacity 100% of the time is a sure way to burn out.
