The trip lasted 8mins, went 3km, reached 1500ft high, and landed safely. The animals went on to live as "heroes of the air" in the king's royal menagerie.

Hey all, hope you're well?

I've had one of those days - I got stuck in a tailback on the M25 for an hour.

I kept my clients in the loop and everyone was really helpful.

Rather than get angry in the traffic, I just focused on what I'm grateful for. I also remind myself of the birds singing in the woods on a cold #winter day.

There is no point in being angry about stuff you can't control. Dig out the power ballads & sing along 🤣
