I've been thinking for a while of building a UK improv what's on site / app. There's a great one in Chicago and when I was there it was soooo useful to have all things in one place. Obviously it's a bit of work, but it'd be a labour of love! What do people think?

@paulsermon oh, and connect with the closest group to you doing the same thing, even if they're relatively far away. They'll almost certainly be delighted to have some connection / support and you can possibly join forces to put on shows, have guest coaches etc.

@paulsermon hey Paul. Be prepared to start small I think. The first class we ran we scraped together 8 people and it built from there. I had massive imposter syndrome for the first two years, you just have to keep going and embrace failure as much as a coach / founder as you do as a performer.

On a practical note, course grad shows are great - friends and family come along and see how fun it looks then book on the next course.

I'm an improviser based in Norwich in the UK. I founded Dogface Improv about five years ago and we have a growing community of lovely folks here.
