CLondoner92 (New Account)Greater Anglia will open its Crown Point depot in #Norwich to the public on Saturday 6 June for the first time in over 30 years. The free event, running from 10am to 4pm, offers a behind-the-scenes look at the working depot where Class 745 intercity, Stansted Express, and Class 755 regional trains are maintained. Visitors can see engineering demonstrations, heritage displays, and meet depot staff. Opened in 1982 and operated with Stadler, Crown Point refuels and services up to 27 trains daily. Tickets must be booked in advance. The event forms part of the national Railway 200 celebrations.
