Progress report! April goal: 32,000 words. Actual WC: 26,028. A little short, but some major stuff happened like, oh, the birth of my grandson! This is better than I expected. YTD word count: 98,262. That is 28% toward my 2022 goal. We're 33% of the way through the year. I can catch up! #writing

I 😍 my dog, Maximus, but some nights he decides to bark nonstop, and I have to lock him inside and explain, 'i am.about to yeet you into the darkness, do you understand that? Shut the fuck up!' maybe he's barking at ghosts only he can sense and I'll feel really stupid eventually.
