I have decided to start a Substack to host my #Stoicism content, and keep my #Fyrnsidu content on my blog.

A Fyrnsidere (practioner of Fyrnsidu / Anglo-Saxon Heathen) living in the Midwestern USA. I worship the gods of the Anglo-Saxons, my ancestors, and my local land wights. I oppose racism in all forms, including folkist Heathenry.
I am a tech enthusiast. I came to Mastadon because I missed what Twitter used to be, and am hoping to find some of that here.

Three notes is a start, I suppose? (In the image, the white dots are notes, the green dots are tags, and the gray dots are links to notes I haven't created yet.)
The Kentish Hammer is used by many Fyrnsideras as a symbol of their faith, much like Norse Heathens do with Mjolnir. There are also other non-Norse Heathens, such as some Old Saxon Heathens, who prefer this design to the traditional Mjolnir design. It's based upon a pendant found in a sixth century grave in Kent, England. This is the oldest Thunderer's hammer found in Europe. We unfortunately don't know what the Anglo-Saxons called it. Unlike it's Norse cousin, it features a long handle.
