So . . . I’ve got some news. (1/2)

So, I’ve never really been a fan of my given name. and due to both life events these last few months and honestly lots of good work with my therapist, I have decided that I’m going to go through the process of legally changing my name. For not just my own peace and to cut ties with some not so nice stuff, but to just not have to be reminded of all the negative associations my given name had and actually like the sound of hearing my own name spoken for once.

Google is working to make the Android Find My Device network more reliable at locating lost items!

A spokesperson for the company shared in a statement with me that they're "actively working to roll out enhancements" to the network over the coming weeks that'll improve the "speed and ability of locating lost items." As more and more devices opt into the network, lost item findability should also keep improving.

The EC is not stupid; they can read the terms of Apple's DMA compliance just like the rest of us, and call out Apple’s bullshit qualifying terms just like everybody else did — like ‘membership of good standing’
