Last Thursday, Welsh First Minister Eluned Morgan called for the devolution of policing and justice, a move backed by three independent commissions.
Just four days later, Westminster said NO.
That’s the reality of Westminster rule, even when the same party governs in both London and Wales. Westminster always knows best!
