First flying duck (Caleana major - large duck orchid) of the spring near Genoa, East Gippsland, VIC. Only a few scattered plants out in flower here but quite a few more of these very distinctive orchids in bud nearby - despite the recent dry conditions.

@viz Oh, I know most of what happens. Like I said, I've been skimming ahead, and you get to know major plot points when doing that. Just haven't read properly.
Haha, would be funny to watch in Tamil. But I also don't want to tarnish my view of the show. Even the English dub that others have been praising rubs me the wrong way. Feels like a desecration after the perfection of the Japanese voice acting.

@viz @kotarokashima 🙌 I don't remember which volume I'm on because at one point I got too impatient for more JinMao content that I started skimming. Should go back and read properly from vol 5 or 6.
Recommend watching the anime too because the VAs are phenomenal and they did a great job with the adaptation overall. Even made up for some mistranslations and ambiguity in the LN.
