Who killed the refill pens? IDK about any coverage on how much it will affect the students. I've seen many of my schoolmates who use just refill without the pens because they're dead cheap. No idea how and what kids face these years. When I was looking for new refill for my papersoft pen, I found out that no one sells and buys refills as those became the ⅔rd to ¾th price of the pen.
