Its that time of the year... I'm getting close to the #London10k for SpecialEffect and want to appeal to any one out there to help me raise money for this amazing charity.
For me the run is important to make sure I keep fit, but it means more than that as it gives me an opportunity to share my love for a charity that are doing to much to help people with physical disabilities to enjoy games on a level playing field.
That has so many benefits in terms of self-esteem and social connection that should never be underestimated.
