As often as I rail against Boomers and how they raised us (Gen X), I actually kind of feel sad for some of them. Like my dad, for instance. I asked him the other day what he still does from his childhood that he likes. He couldn't think of a single thing. Like, there isn't a single piece of his childhood that is positive that has lasted into his adult years. Meanwhile, I am over here playing video games and Magic and reading the occasional comic book. Just strikes me as sad is all.
