Heidi Li FeldmanThe meltdown of the House Republican caucus is simultaneously dull and distressing. Dull because entirely predictable conduct from all. Distressing because a dysfunctional House of Representatives can cause real problems for so many people. Of course, so can a functional House with a Republican majority. At bottom, what is distressing are all the House Republicans, whatever their position on Kevin McCarthy for Speaker.
