@scottjenson visual. Show the seasoning as any amount of icon/visual/language based indication is subject to interpretation and geographical/cultural difference. Obviously visual representation has shortcomings too though.

@PKYo click and collect. Did not get presented with or chose a time slot to collect. But was told in email to collect “at your chosen time of…”. I had to contact the company. 1/2hr later, I can collect any time from the start time for 48hrs. Why didn’t they say that on the email?
Such #UX fails it’s astonishing.
