First time in a long time I’ve watched Christmas movies. Morgan Freeman and Tommy Lee Jones in Just Getting Started and Robin Williams in one of his last films, A Merry Friggin’ Christmas to name a couple. Enjoying my Sunday snuggled in with a cold.

Busiest time of year! I’m looking through old family recipes and getting lost in the memories of our family’s favorite foods. My mom threw swanky Christmas Eve soirées every year and I’m intimidated by her legacy. I’ll give it a go again this year, but my mom was the fanciest Christmas diva ever and I am not. Thankful for the gift of beautiful memories mom!
