#SWAT4HCLS #Biohackathon pitch #1 "Publishing FAIR Datasets from Bioimaging Repositories". This proposal aims at making Bioimage repositories, more notably OMERO, FAIR. This probably by building a FAIR Data Point on top of these repositories.

The last day remains the official hack day, However, during the tutorial and conference day there will be a biohackathon room where we can prepare our activities for that hackathon day.

I was told that Moths are child taxa of the taxon Lepidoptera, except those that are butterflies (Papilionoidea). Trying to get all moths from #Wikidata would be possible by the #SPARQL query below, which times out.

I created a subset from #wikidata using #ShEx https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7662320.
Loaded the triples into a #Graphdb instance and I am happy because I can now explore the #Moth space on #wikidata.
