Today is a big day for transparency. The @[email protected] has announced that Facebook and Instagram will be investigated for suspected breaches over the #DSA. This includes ad content moderation.

We welcome this.

Yesterday, 29 April, in less than two hours of research on Facebook, we collected hundreds of fraudulent ads using the name and image of 69 celebrities, such as King Felipe of Spain @CasaReal, Antonio Banderas or @HugoTravers

Almost one year later, similar ads can still easily be found on Meta's services.
