I just want to let you know something. Despite all my positive posts, I want you to know that it's perfectly okay to not be okay. There's a lot going wrong, a lot of happenings to mourn. It's necessary to let yourself feel, because hiding it all away or ignoring it is detrimental. Vent, cry, be mad if you need to. Express yourself however you feel is right.
Just don't forget... there really is a lot to be happy about too. Rely on those and keep them in your mind when you're ready to move past being depressed.
Your feelings are valid, poth positive and negative. Feeling is part of living.
