@NatureMC @Gargron 2/2 Social media has the same problem, but overall it’s not nearly as bad. I think the natural progression of technology is to connect the world and streamline communication without all the interference (even by companies that think that they are being helpful).
@NatureMC @Gargron 1/2 I don’t agree actually. The traditional media news companies often publish different papers or news in different countries, reorganising, changing out articles etc. to what they think people in whatever country will be more interested in. But thats wrong, and leads people to have unrealisted ideas of what other people in other countries are reading.

In the US, a government “health” agency is suing doctors for sharing reputable peer reviewed research with their patients because its “disinformation” meaning they havent paid 100,000s of dollars for the agency to review it. This effects low profit margin supplements and drugs the most, raising prices for Americans. Petition below if interested,

@ChrisMayLA6 Absolutely! The amount of money necessary to have a quality healthcare system available to everyone is far lower than what only a private healthcare industry could do. The NHS has amazing researchers and doctors and truly listens to criticism from the community, they need politicians support, not sabotage because of campaign contributions from american healthcare corps that do a poor job in their home countries!
@MissingThePt What about men and the less popular genders?
I think if you're the only person on the bus you should just be allowed to ask the bus driver to go directly to your destination for you. Or at least like. Run through the McDonald's drive through for you or something.
@mcc thats how it works in Montréal, if your a young student or the last on the bus the driver will usually drive you to your final destination if it’s not too far out of the way.
@Sundae_Gurl The other person has special shoes to make herself taller though, so I think it’s fine.
@Quotes_and_Sayings What a sexist and disturbing quote.
@ecosentido She’s crazy. Way too many people like her.
