No organisation in crisis can afford to keep losing experienced #workers with extensive tacit knolwedge.
So, of course, a key part of the #Tory engineered #NHS crisis is the continuing rise in staff resignations... which other than a short reprieve during #Covid has continued to rise over the last decade.
Abuse staff, under-pay them & over-work them and this is the result... and don't be thinking this is an unfortunate accident, its what the #Tories want!

So is the expansion of for-profit capacity. Really, who builds excess capacity in a system of free universal care unless you *know* the #NHS is being run into the ground?

Maybe some senior minister with a home in California and known to have met US health executives.
