@elbienmaspreciado There needs to be a layer that awards compensation for the tasks completed as assigned based on the difficulty and importance to the overall project; with time limits for activities and milestones, at which point others would be distributed remaining portions of work and benefit from the compensation.
If we're already at the point where machines can tell us what to do, we should be at the point where compensation is transparent and activity based. Then we can get rid of c-suites and board rooms.
