Does anyone know what to do if your whole family is full of diehard conservatives and neoliberals and you are the one socialist in the room?

Please no one ask me about AI again. Or talk to me about Elon Musk. I love you, but I don’t wanna talk about either those things. Especially if you like them.

I just finished reading "A Case for Feminism in Programming Language Design" by Feline Hermans and Ari Schlesinger and I really liked it.

I was taking with my roommate today, and I was talking about the election results. And he goes, “oh well, we did all that we can do, let’s move on”. And I was genuinely numb after that. How some people can just have no fucking clue about anything just shook me more than the election itself did. I was speechless.
