Italian beef burgers for dinner tonight. Seasoned the patty with the same spices I'd use for Italian beef and then topped with mozzarella and hot giardiniera dipped in au jus. Worth trying if you've never tried it. I also made Pimento Cheese and smoked meatballs! There's also a meatloaf in the smoker cooking right now for lunches this week.
