Probly Climbing Wall Apphttps://apps.apple.com/us/app/probly/id6752620900
Been waiting a week for an app to get through review (every round takes longer and each time the reviewer makes more mistakes). I submitted a second app yesterday (just in case that one took forever too) and it got reviewed and passed within a few hours. What is going on with app review right now?

Writing has been hard in 2026. This is an attempt at my first post of the year. It started as feature announcement for one of my projects, but like everything right now kind of spun out of control. Anyways read it, and as always FUCK ICE.

Hey #Minneapolis and #Minnesota, this #ICE protest song is awesome. (CAUTION: It's loud and uses crude language throughout.) The video footage of the general strike and march on Friday is great. The lyrics are awesome.

The word of the day is "indignation", thanks to a historian who has also officially called the USA currently a fascist government.

I’m a pretty big smart home nerd, have been for a long. There are advantages to some smart home tech but the focus on screens and flashy scenes/automations, etc. is poison. Light switches should work like light switches.

A quick end of year post about my one product a month challenge for ABIV in 2025 and how it went. TLDR I did not make one product a month.

2025 in the Rearview — ABIV

2025 has been a big year. I set out with a loose goal to produce a product of some kind each month. I absolutely did not hit that goal .

> There's no point in having fuck-you money in the bank if you never say "fuck you"!

> In short, instead of meekly capitulating to pathetic bullies, this is a moment when Apple needed go on the attack. Instead of curling up in a defensive ball on the floor and crying while you hand out gold bricks to fascist predators, this is a time when a company full of smart and talented people should stand its ground.

Needed a helmet light for the Wausau 25. I already had a light on my normal bike with a GoPro adapter I made, so time for my fav genre of #3Dprinting: attaching things to other things! Made a removable go pro mount for a Lazer coyote (might fit other Kineticore helmets I’m not sure) #mountainbiking

“These cuts are just the most recent in a series of a sledgehammer approach to the critical US teams supporting IT infrastructure. […] We’re wrestling with what it will mean for ourselves and our families, as well as the impact on our partners and the American people.

“But we came to the government to fix things. And we’re not done with this work yet.”
