This little New Holland Honeyeater fleetingly landed in front of me, just long enough for me to quickly take this picture before it took off again. I was lucky this time because they are usually way too fast for me to get a good picture of.

One of the visitors that drops in to pay me a quick visit as he flies by. Hopefully as my garden continues to grow I will see many more feathered friends drop by.

#photo #car #transportation This is our 20 yr old car, Maisey who has sadly come close to the end of her time with us. She has engine problems that we can no longer afford to keep repaired and so we are reluctantly letting her go. She'll probably end up as scrap, for parts, but should we be lucky enough to find someone who could give her a new lease on life we'd be very happy. Not having a car now will mean a big change for us, especially as photographers, but we have faced many challenges during our life and this is just another one for us to meet.
