just put an old iMac 21.5” from 2015 with a USB SSD on my desk as a secondary machine / main Mac

cant help but notice that i now have much less space and that the iMac isn’t level with my main monitor

any products anyone has that raises up an iMac w/out VESA mount?

i haven’t tried many Mastodon clients for iPadOS yet, simply because most of them are just the iPhone versions with random dead space on the side, but I’ve found my favourite one so far.

Ice Cubes by @dimillian (https://apps.apple.com/app/id6444915884) is the best I’ve used so far, my only complaint is that the sidebar is only for notifications, doesn’t allow me to change it to see what’s trending on Mastodon (kinda like the Twitter for iPad app)

got out a pool at my swimming carnival, then dragged my arm up, watch got dragged across the pool wall and this happened...

but this also does give me an excuse to upgrade to the Ultra in like a couple years after the battery dies
