Eugene is not going to ban Wil. He has already said that the evidence against him is circumstantial, and that "banning him for allegations of past transgressions would set a bad precedent".

Wil isn't a Nazi, and I wouldn't even call him a TERF. He's a shallow liberal who Others queer people while marketing himself as a woke feminist. He's not going to be banned because he doesn't do anything overtly wrong.

He's also an annoying liberal and member of the hashtag resistance.

Frankly he deserves a lot of what he gets because he's caused more harm than most people due to the size of his platform by virtue of being a C-list celebrity.
But the .social mods have made it clear that dunking on him with an @ is going to be considered harassment. Their minds aren't likely to be changed.

Pretending otherwise isn't going to get us anywhere.
