overall the day was a great success! we had a ton of shooters who had never tried field before coming out and having immense fun.
I managed to net 3rd place in the men's Barebow category despite my earlier concerns so very chuffed!
now that I'm into the endgame content on #monster_hunter_wilds I've begun the most important grind of all... fashion!
I've been using the lance a ton recently so it only seems right to go maximum fancy.
went ahead and scored up a baseline with the current setup on my mega ultrawide monitor and pretty much default settings for the game. that 57 framerate average is solid but it does seem the "town" scene within the benchmark is a pretty significant dip.
frame rate was dropping there into the 40's range quite hard.
I'm going to be upgrading my motherboard and processor, so it's unclear how big a difference that will make specifically to game preformance but it's going to be interesting to see.
