I own one of the oldest 80s websites in the world. (No, really. 23 years and counting.) And my Toots are not always 80s related. I was alive in the 80s, but I’ve also been alive ever since, and I’ve seen some non-80s things that I might also toot aboot.
Anyone else noticed the number of cars that have headlights on continually nowadays? Even on the days where it’s so bright I have to wear sunglasses, there they are, driving around with lights on.

What’s the best thing I picked up this weekend? A sealed copy of Wind In The Willows the full length film by Cosgrove Hall for 45p from Games n More in Wigan.
They also sell a few boxed Spectrum peripherals, so if you’re on the lookout for a boxed MicroDrive, or an original Vega (👀) get in touch with them. (They also sell Commodore stuff, but don’t hold that against them…)
Why don’t they make crisp packets out of plastic that shrinks when you heat it any more?
