Just added my first contribution to #OpenBenches. I think there are a few more around our home, so I'll see what else can be added!

So far seems that Bit Warden is the way to go. I actually prefer the interface, it’s simpler but perfectly adequate. The slow migration and purge has begun, 940 logins πŸ™€

My homemade Ginger Bug Ginger Beer is very good. It took a while to get going, left it out at room temp for about 4 days, now in the fridge. Has plenty of natural carbonation, a pleasant β€˜funk’ and quite a substantial ginger flavour. Love it! Not too sugary which is good. 🍻

Throwback blog post to the time me and @14zz4 went to Scotland for a week. We enjoyed the sights, the trains, and the beers. Hard to beleive this is now a decade ago! πŸ§“

Scotland Trip - Glasgow to Fort William via John o' Groats - Part 1/2

Part 1 of a week exploring Scotland by train: brewery stops, snowy mornings, lifeboat hunts, remote northern towns but no Loch Ness Monster.

Looks like we're saying goodbye to 1Password. πŸ‘‹
This came a few weeks back, and it's superb. Works straight out of the box, super easy. Seems it also monitors respiration rate which is nice. Connects to my watch and my Erg. Very glad I didn't pay for the fancy Garmin equivalent. Recommend! https://mastodon.world/@14zz4/116008541135823359

Oh, and I have invested in this: https://www.coospo.com/products/h9z-chest-heart-rate-monitor. Seemed a good price and ~£100 less than the Garmin equivalent. Hopefully it will solve the problem. 🀞

Today marks 2 months booze free. Quite a personal achievement if I don't say so myself, and frankly I'm rather proud.

I spent an evening this week in a room of 100-odd people enjoying an open bar, an interesting experience from the other side.

Have taken the first harvest from the Ginger Bug which has been in the fridge resting while we were on holiday.

After a busy day, we have six fresh bottles of what will hopefully be Ginger Beer. Fingers crossed 🀞!
