Day 9 of Italian:

Some verb conjugations getting a little easier. Only some though. Heaven help me when I get irregular verbs.

I only remember the word for breakfast by thinking to myself "I have cola for breakfast. I'm in the cola zone. La colazione."

For some reason the word for bowl is really hard for me to remember. >_< La ciotola. Not sure how I'm gonna remember that besides repetition.

@tonihime I've spoken Italian for 9 years and ciotola still sometimes gets stuck in my head.

Can't explain it.

@tonihime I just showed the toot to my Italian speaking wife and she replied

"That's the word for bowl?"

So you've got 4 years of experience stumped too.

Ciotola e cucchiaio: bowl and spoon. Both weird words.
