@phessler The only out of date parts being any mentions of pressing CDs and all packages being out on day one.

The worst part of that? I still have sparc32 equipment.
Now I find myself considering running NetBSD on it.

I actually have some cool sparc stuff.
I've got a SparcStation 10SX. (It's halfway between the 10 and 20, no weird audio box needed and has the VSIMM stuff for SX graphics).
I've got a Cycle 5-IP upgraded lunchbox. It's IPX form factor with a 170mhz TurboSparc.
