"a team that knows how to work well together" is a hell of a resource, and the way in which corps treat workers as fungible and interchangeable completely ignores the massive synergistic benefits -of- such a close-knit team being allowed to remain together.

Slightly more controversial addition from me: this is one of the areas where I see women being as much of a driver of toxic masculinity as men themselves are. If you're the kind of person to make fun of guys for having silly little hobbies, for being a bit goofy, could you please stop that?

Men make themselves vulnerable when they drop the masculine act and just let themselves enjoy a thing. And we need more gentle, vulnerable, happy dudes.

If you're struggling to sleep in this heatwave then I have a tip for you that never fails. Take a medium-sized towel. Put it in the freezer for an hour. Take the towel out of the freezer and then smother an oil tycoon with it.
