What are the open #LiveVideoStreaming alternative to #Periscope? This is what I miss most about #Twitter when on #Mastodon, the lovely community around the best Periscope broadcasters.

The challenge of course with #VideoStreaming is that it's much more bandwidth-intensive and latency-sensitive, hence very expensive to operate, so people like me won't just be running nodes with pocket money.

Any #LiveStreaming services without commercialisation or #FOSS platforms?
