Quick question out of curiosity, do you know anything about "East-West Marital Arts" and whether it's a legit thing? My brother trains there and it's apparently mostly kid-oriented. I'm not sure about the answers to most of those questions in that first post except that they definitely do spar pretty frequently
@tinzin could you possibly describe what you mean by "east-west" a bit more?
but if you can find out more given things like post 1 and it's Q+A addendum (which covers people who believe it's only for kids, possible red flag) that should help you figure out if it's more legit or not. you don't need a 100% pass on these lists to be legit, but more than a couple major red flags is a bad sign in general
