What do people think of the idea of mirroring my shares on the #newsblur #rss to #mastodon automatically? should I do this botlike activity with my primary account or with a secondary, clearly bot, account? #meta #bot #etiquette

(A hypothetical #newsblur cross-post, made manually, not committed to this format)

"32-Bit Processing For The Vectrex Arcade System" http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/hackaday/LgoM/~3/s3jr4APqTXM/

sounds neat except for my reflexive PIC-hate

@jepler is the RSS feed of content your personally creating?
@wakest Usually, Newsblur is for sharing articles and posts you find out on the internet in general, not things that you yourself have created.
@kazriko never used newsblur. I was assuming newsblur was their website.
@wakest No, it's like Feedly. An RSS reader with social sharing, and the shared stuff also has its own RSS feed that people can follow.
@wakest Yeah, it's like @kazriko says -- #newsblur is an #RSS reader, so I'm talking about sharing links to articles I found interesting, often with a short comment attached. Like @emdeesee said, it's not that different in character from a toot. It maybe amounts to 5-10 shares a day.
