@meneer That's all I can see but it doesn't cover migrating your content or the people who follow you, or the situation that the server you are using becomes permanently unavailable. There is a detailed discussion on GH which I will have to dig into: https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/issues/177
@flungo a lot of theses issues were roadblocks for diaspora* too. Had a lot of fun there, but moved away after running our own pod for a while. Became too expensive, had lots of performance problems and federation hiccups.
