@michaelafisher #creditunion organizer #RoyBergengren wrote a pamphlet titled "CUMET" in the 1930s advocating for mass international travel organized by credit unions for members in one country to visit members in another as a way of building international understanding.

Hopefully your trip will be generative of global #coop movement alliances.. :)

@michaelafisher I know there's a copy in the America's #CreditUnion museum in Manchester, and there's a chance I scanned it while doing my MA thesis research. I'll have look at an old HDD and see what I turn up...
