shoninI think most of our aggravation with automated modernity is that it appears to have been implemented not merely as a revenue source for the few, but certainly as a buffer against accountability for their actions. The "few" referenced here is state and corporate actors who have never grown up.

Keep in mind that just the #FossilFuels industry alone, has genius level counseling in multilayered market manipulation, and have crony politicians writing policy for them, with little to no countermeasures - #Capitalism being the greatest violator.
And this doesn't even broach #TechBros in obvious collusion, in more abuses.
