@echo_pbreyer I see this either failing where it is now... Getting deadlocked in trilogues... Or getting annulled by the courts. Unfortunate that courts take a long while. It's unfortunate the council and commission rather waste their time with surveilance laws rather than genuine protections...

Gerade jetzt, wenn neben WM und Hitzewelle wieder Massenüberwachung ausgerollt werden soll, ist das so wichtig.

Die inkonsistente konservative Propaganda behauptet z.B.:
a) DDR war Unrechtsstaat *
b) Rechtsstaat kann nur durch anlasslose Massenüberwachung geschützt werden
c) Einzige Lösung: Full Take

Solche Narrative müssen demontiert werden!
