A quick pre-training habit worth trying

Here's what's going on. Writing down a few things you're grateful for before training can calm your nervous system and lower cortisol. That's backed by some solid research.

Keep it simple so it actually sticks

On your way to the gym, say out loud three things about your training that you appreciate
While you're changing, add one person and one thing you're thankful for
Then carry that feeling into your warmup (1/3)

The specifics matter more than people think
Skip stuff like I'm grateful for my health. Try my back is feeling solid today instead. You'll notice what your body is actually doing well right now, not what you hope it might do later

What you might feel
Less standing-around anxiety before hard sessions
Better sense of what your body is doing during warmups
Maybe a slightly easier time between efforts

It's not magic. Just a small refocus before you go hard (2/3)
