1. A new 1500 page report concludes the far-right party AfD seeks to undermine democracy in Germany.

2. Being the biggest party in Germany, AfD polls at 28 percent.

Just kidding. 🙂 Danes are very proficient in English, so you can get by just speaking English. But, as always, if you really want to learn about and become part of a society, learning the local language is gold.

@VikingChieftain @randahl That‘s my point after falling in love with the people and the country - English works and even German does, but I am the foreigner so I want to adopt myself somehow 🙂

You have the right attitude, so you'll be fine. It'll be a bit of a bumpy start with the language (you won't have the vocabulary, and you'll probably have a bit of a rough accent at first) but you'll become more and more fluent as time goes by. Never be afraid to speak. That's how you build your skills, and I'm sure the Danes will help you when you get stuck. The Danes are a great people. 🇩🇰 💕
